Build conversation intelligence into your speech or video driven applications or workflow with Symbl’s comprehensive suite of APIs and developer tools. Go beyond basic speech recognition, and extract contextual understanding from conversations, video clips, live streaming sessions, conference calls, etc… to create more robust functionality within apps and/or workflows:
-
Speaker Diarization - automatically recognize and separate individual speakers
-
Sentiment Analysis - determine the mood of individual speakers or presenter
-
Action items - automatically create action items as a follow up to important business meetings and documents
-
Topics of Discussion - distill key topics from the conversations or video clip
-
Entity Recognition - real time identification of speaker names, organization, location, dates and more
-
Conversational Analytics - Measure talk-to-listen ratios, sentence level and topic based sentiments, and more
-
And more (see documentation for more possibilities)
